About Us

As a woman general contractor as well as a women ran team, we feel that the home building designing process should be a co-relationship from the beginning on each end. Communication is the key to a successful project. Ridgewater Custom Home Builders goal is for a design/build process that makes building your custom home fun and comfortable.
Where We Build
We build in Lake Norman and the surrounding areas. Most clients build one of our house plans which are designed by us and can be customized to meet their personal needs. We also custom design from scratch & build other plans.
Our Process

Contact Ridgewater Custom Homes, we will then meet with you, collect what you are looking for as far as a home, and budget and we will then do a site meeting.

An interior/exterior designer will sit with you and help you select all exterior and interior features from the start.

We guarantee a 9-month build time from the time footers are dug.
